Coaching in the Age of Human/AI Collaboration

Drawing on two decades of our Ensemble Intelligence research, this program will give you the opportunity to directly experience the benefits of Human/AI collaboration.  

In Coaching in the Age of Human/AI Collaboration, you will:

• Learn what Human/AI collaboration is — and how to develop it
• Apply Ensemble Intelligence to enhance your coaching impact and client outcomes
• Design and run hands-on collaboration tests within your own practice
• Share findings and strengthen your practice through peer learning  

Program Details 

Dates: Self-paced.  Program starts June 17th / ends August 27th

Group Sessions: Two 2-hour sessions. Available live or recorded  

Field Test: Independent work, to be completed by August 20th 

6 optional "open office hour" sessions for questions and support 

Total Time Commitment: 10 hours

ICF Credits: 10 CCEs
