Our innovation skills assesment tool is the only instrument on the market that directly measures the ability to respond to innovation challenges by generating new ideas, solving difficult problems, managing risk effectively, making good decisions and finding the best way forward. This simple 12-minute test was developed by Harvey Seifter in three National Science Foundation-funded Incubators for Innovation, and refined in pilots at Fortune 500 companies and other innovation settings.
Over the past decade, the Creating Futures that Work (CFTW) team has developed powerful arts-based experiential learning that inspires leaders, and unique assessment instruments that measure the impact of this training.
The CFTW Learning Portfolio® and the CFTW Innovation Skill Assessment® have been been battle tested with more than 15,000 learners and validated through use in global corporations and many education, non-profit and public sector organizations.
Now, for the first time, we’re excited to make our treasure trove of content and practical expertise available to a small number of executive coaches through our CFTW Coach Certification Program.
We invite you to enroll in the ABEL (Arts Based Experiential Learning) certification program and join us on a unique learning journey designed especially for Executive and Leadership coaches. Click here for more details.
